Registration for ICTM 2015 should be completed via the On-line Registration Form. Please read the instructions below before beginning registration. 

Registration opens in July 2015

 Registration Deadline: 30 September, 2015.

 

Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available:

• Bank transfer (the preferred method of payment within Europe: quicker and cheaper).

 Note that the abstract will be included in the Conference programme only if registration and payment is completed before 15th September 2015.

If you have not submitted an abstract, you can naturally enter the abstract submission system. 

By registering for the conference you agree to have your basic information published on the official delegate list. Please contact the conference secretariat should you wish to have this information removed, e-mail: ictm2015@edukacja.wroc.pl

Registration is binding. Only cancellations received in writing will be considered. Please contact the secretariat at ictm2015@edukacja.wroc.pl regarding all cancellations.

Refunding policy:  Refunds will not be granted for cancellations received after 10th September nor will they be given for no-shows.

 

Accommodation

Accommodation is not included in the conference fee. Further details on accommodation options can be found in the Accommodation section of the conference website.
